Philips Norelco RQ12/62 Replacement Head for Series 8000 and Arcitec (2 Pack)

this replacement was totally worthless does not come any ware close to the one that came with it!! dont waste your money on this replacement head the closeness of the shave does not come close to the replacement head i got before,harder to clean ,just not worth the money.

BEWARE!!! It says RQ12/62, BUT... you end up getting the RQ12+ cheap, plastic replacements... just like the one that broke on me after one cleaning. I will use these until they fail and NOT take them apart monthly to clean them since the cheap plastic retaining rings fail quickly. After they are history, so will be Norelco for me. These replacement heads are NOT as good as what came with the shaver originally... with METAL clips to hold the blades in place!

It is model RQ12+. This model suppose to be the newer model. It does not look or work the same as the original RQ12. In fact, the design seems a bit inferior to the original. It does sound quieter and works for me.

I paid more money to get two RQ12 Replacement Heads, but instead I received two RQ12+ heads. Returned them the next day.

These were a disappointment. Took a perfectly good razor and now it pinches and grabs in places. Not he end of the world. But I don't get it. Its been a great razor device and now I don't even want to use it anymore.

Not exactly, one of the two units was defective. I had to take the plastic cutter retainer from the worn-out head, and place it on the new one, because the new head retainer was fractured, and wouldn't lock into place.

This is by far the worse replacement head for a shaver I have ever had the misfortune to try and clean. You have to use this orange squeeze device to remove the top piece in order to clean the blade and blade area. Lots of luck getting that piece to stay back on. Even following the instructions step by step did not help. Norelco should be ashamed of themselves for replacing a perfectly good and easy to clean blade head with this piece of junk. New doesn't always mean better and this rates a -1 to the manufacturer of such a defective item. First time I ever give such a negative review but this item truly deserves it.
