Good but...
Not direct replacement for my computer chair. Installation stem is bigger diameter. Had to grind off a bit of the stem

Really smooth on hardwood floor
Really easy to exchange out (needed a flat screwdriver to get the old ones off) does not damage the hardwood and is quite a joy to move about on. The only issue is when you sit you want to be careful it does not slide out from under you as the wheels love to move!

Smoooth and quiet rolling
Smooth rolling for when you live in an apartment and you're on the top floor. I love these wheels, noise level is down, smooth rolling and with more speed when you roll. I wish I bought these months ago!

Wicked awesome! Everyone should use these
There were recommended to us to protect our floors. They are exceptional. Super easy to install and they roll like you’re in the Indy 500. Also works on carpet, so 5-wheel-drive we handling. Over a year later, not a mark on our laminate/wood floors. We’ll never use the “preinstalled” wheels on a chair again.

Wow!I mean, WOW!I want to buy these for everyone ive ever known. And maybe some for everyone theyve ever known.Zero effort to pull the chair out or put it back, to back away from or pull myself to the desk - i mean....... WOW!Now that i know how easy it can be to use an office chair i find myself slightly irked that i didnt know about these before.I suffer with so many medical/physiological ails and pains and pulls and tensions that were just, simply put "aware" of every motion with the old wheels.Holy moly. I cant even describe, its like a knife through jelly. TRY THESE!

Difficult to move at first on carpet, but work well enough for the money
When you go to move in a new direction on a carpet, causing the wheels to need to rotate and change direction, it's REALLY hard to get moving. Once the wheels rotate to the proper direction, however, they roll with ease and are able to roll over carpet, wires, small dog toys, the sould of those who have wronged you, your toes, all sorts of stuff. Working well for the low cost that I paid, but the difficulty of getting moving at first is what made me knock off two stars - it really does take away from the comfort of the chair a tad when you want to move.
