A very good product to cater your fitness needs during lock down. 10 minutes work out on battle ropes is equivalent to 1 hour work out in gym

Low quality
The rope handles have slipped off and hasnt been 6 months even. Have used it every other day for that time and only one user.Do not recommend; the handles are not easy to slip on as well.

Perfect fitness rope. Very good and perfect material. Only use it on soft surface or gym Matt's. Don't use on rode, outdoor or on concrete otherwise it will tear.
