I'm just going to come out and say it. This is the best chicken rub out there. I have been smoking meat for 15 years and can honestly tell you I have tried a ton of different seasonings over the years. Did I say a ton? Like well over 100 different rubs. You get the idea. I finally got to this stuff about 3 years ago and have not tried anything else since. This is my go to. Fry, smoke, bake, it does not matter. This stuff is the only chicken seasoning I will use now. My teenage son has his pack of 5 other teen boys who come hang at the house. They tell me my chicken wings are fire. Apparently that is a high compliment form the teens vocabulary. I will stop now. Just want to give my praise to the company who makes this. Thank you!

I ordered this for my mother, because she loves this seasoning. Actually, my cousin's wife introduced this seasoning to my mother. She's been loving it ever since. My mother uses this seasoning on everything soups, meats, black-eyed peas, you name it. It adds a lot of flavor to your food. Chef Merito, you get an A+.

I also used it this year on the Thanksgiving Turkey. Came out great!

I live in the south and eat chicken and pork in some form every week! I Googled "the best chicken spice" and several came up. After a bit of reading, I chose Chef Merito because of the user reviews...…..Face it, if a product doesn't live up to the hype, customer's will bash it until it's done for. I've had mine a couple of weeks now and used it on fried chicken, baked chicken, fried cubed pork steak and fried pork chops. I see it being good steak seasoning as well. For me, it is absolutely the best seasoning I have ever used and for the price, it is very economical, given the amount I received. Just like the TV commercial for Life cereal goes...……..."Try it. You'll like it."

This is hands down the best chicken seasoning ever. When I was a kid my parents used to have one of their friends buy 5-10 of these at a time at mercados in California because they couldn't buy them in the midwest. Works best for mexican / latin flavors. Any time I use this chicken seasoning people ask me what the secret ingredient is. It's this spice. Hands down.
