Very Cheap material used in developing this particular product didn’t lasted for 3 months. The over ear material cracks and then breaks off, not comfortable to use. Better options available in this price range and in fact better quality available in lower rates also.Recommend not to buy the product

Sound quality is good. But the product is very flimsy, the plastic started breaking off everywhere and the entire case broke into pieces within 8 months.

Plantronics is one of best headphones for conference call using from past 10 years. However this time little disappointed with build quality of headphone . Within 3 weeks of purchase headphone frame got break, also frame is not available as spare part of purchase .

I bought it in 29th june 2020 and using it with most caring way. Still start getting cracks on headphone body on top head part. Not expected this kind of quality. I would recommend not to buy. Go to mattle stripe. Not at all recommend. (Notice this on 2nd os September 2020.

A few months of safe usage and it has cracked from the middle.

Strength of the product

It is one of the best sounding bluetooth headphones. Sounds very clear, a little bass heavy at times but listening to music with this is a pure joy. It does particularly well with motown and funk.I also used it for watching movies. I have read in the review sites that there is a lag when watching movies. Fortunately, I have not experienced this. I think if you pair it with a bluetooth 5.0 device there is no noticeable lag.Design wise they look really stylish. I got the navy blue one and I think looks better than the black option. Navy blue contrasts really well with the rose gold metal parts. When my wife saw the headphones for the first time, she thought that this looked really expensive. When I told her the price she could not believe it.Features are decent, pairs fairly easy and you can switch between two devices. I dont need active noise cancelling (ANC) in general so I am not a good judge of that but it seems like it works well. The app is somewhat lackluster but there is nothing to complain about. Main controls are easy to use and intuitive. Battery life is also great you get a ton of listening time with one charge without activating the ANC.Lastly, I liked these so much that I am planning to buy another one. For this price you can't get a better deal.

El producto tiene un problema de diseño, el material con el que esta elaborada la diadema es de un plástico duro, poco flexible y se rompe fácilmente. En cuanto a la calidad de sonido y ajuste de orejeras es un buen producto. La recomendación es no comprarlo ya que seguramente se romperá la diadema y quedaran inservibles.

Très bon casque pour le prix payer mais l'arceau on le sent un peu fragile à voir dans la durée.Les commandes sont très bien placés, super la connexion à 2 appareils, la bascule est super.Le micro fonctionne bien dans un milieu très audible compliqué, obligé de parlé au téléphone.Au niveau du son, il est correct mais un lecteur avec un égaliseur serait bienL'autonomie juste waouh, je le charge 1 fois par semaine, j'ai à peu près 3h d'écoute avec les transports et les 30h sont juste niquel

First things first, the ANC is not spectacular on these, it’s decent enough but it’s not Bose QC25 but the rest of the package makes up for that with comfort and great sound.They sound fantastic and there is very limited scope in the app to change this (basically two settings) but they have a lively, punchy bass profile. There’s two levels of ANC to choose from also.Controls are excellent, physical switch for on/off and buttons for play/pause/volume/tracks. Plus a button for switching sound modes.I paid £80 for these and you can get them for less than £50 now which is well worth it (I was happy with the price I paid to be fair but the reduction now is obscenely good value).
