I bought one of these for a friend and one for myself. My friend loved it and now keeps it on her nightstand. I thought that I would do the same- just keep it on display somewhere close by. And I did for a while. When did things change? How did things change? No idea. But I suddenly started carrying it with me everywhere. It's such a comfort to just hold it and feel the weight of it in your hands. I get quite nervous and fidgety during my therapy sessions, so I started bringing this along. Whenever I'm having trouble saying things or I'm feeling anxious, I pull this cross out of my bag and just hold on to it. It's been such an unexpected source of comfort for me. Each cross is different- all unique. But they're all beautifully crafted, well made, smooth, and just the right size as well as comfortable enough to be held in one hand. The cross did come in its own pouch with a little card of authenticity. Everything arrived undamaged. If you're looking for a worry stone, crystal, good luck charm, or something similar, this is a great option.

Ordered two of these crosses which came quickly by mail (thank you Amazon!), nice and smooth for holding. Not sure about the authenticity of “the Natural Olive Wood” but nicely crafted nonetheless! This handheld cross has been a comfort to someone suffering!

I bought these as a gift as I already had one and loved mine. Fits in your hand nice for those special prayer times. Everyone loved their gifts and had never seen these before. Would recommend these especially for the price! Makes a great gift!

I lost my old holding cross and missed it very much. I ordered this cross as a replacement and another from a different vendor. This is by far my favorite of the two. It isn’t heavily varnished or varnished at all. Whoever carved and finished this cross did a wonderful job. The finish is soft and smooth and the grain of olive wood is very beautiful. I immediately felt comforted with it in my hand. This cross has extra meaning for me because it came from the Holy Land. Delivery was quick. I had no complaints. Very happy with this purchase.
