It works!
I have been experiencing more back pain these last few months and I wanted something that I could use at home to crack and stretch out my back. I usually have lower back pain, but recently the pain has been in my upper back. I saw something similar to this yoga wheel on my Instagram, so I started to do some research. I liked when I read that this product is from a veteran owned company, so that was my selling point. It is very sturdy and durable for sure. I am a big girl and was not once worried that this wheel could not hold my weight. The first time trying, I felt the most amazing crack all up my spine. Gosh that felt great! I will admit, that it takes some time to get used to it and my entire body was sore from holding and balancing myself on this. I have only had this for about a week and the muscle soreness is gone and I look forward to stretching my back on this each night. I also have a feeling that using this regularly will help improve my poor posture. This yoga wheel can be used in so many ways and I like that it came with a stack of cards to show you how to use it. I also found lots of videos online that are helpful.

Crack yo back
Ohhh man this thing is amazing! I used one at the gym and loved it so much that I bought my own. It gets rid of those tight spots between the shoulder blades and works out all of the kinks. It’s small and lightweight! I love it

Very sturdy well built yoga wheels.
I really wanted to love this yoga wheel set. I tried it out for a few weeks and it turned out to be wrong for me. It hurt to use and I felt like my back was aching more. but I think it was more user error on my end. I’m an amateur, so I wouldn’t be surprised I was using it wrong. But ,what I can say is these are very well built yoga wheels. we compared it to my neighbors and she liked the shogun wheels over her brand name one. She said the thinner ones crack over time and these felt like it would last a long time.

Helped fix years of back pain with just a few uses
I've been looking for something to help with my back for years. I'm a software engineer so spend a lot of time at my computer plus I do a lot of weightlifting. For a few years now I always wake up with extreme tightness in my lower/mid back and occasionally even with a sharp pain when I turn my head. My upper back constantly full of knots and immobile. I've tried foam rollers, self massagers, etc. Nothing really helped a lot. I've tried stretching and yoga which helped a little in the moment but nothing long term. Even different mattresses didn't help. I started seeing ads for yoga wheels and read about people using them to help with their back problems. I figured why not, I've wasted more than $50 on stuff that didn't work. Well, these things DO work! I started with the big wheel. The big wheel is really good for stretching. It lets me stretch my lower and mid back in a way I couldn't before. It hurt quite a bit the first time, like stretching a tight muscle does. Over time the muscles will relax. The small wheel is for a more forceful massage for the spinal erectors and you will get a good back crack from it. I think the night after I used them for the first time I think was the first time I've really slept through the night and woke up without any discomfort. Now I hop on both wheels once or twice a day for a few minutes and it keeps my back pain free and mobile.

Ouch! And not in a good way!
I was SO excited to get these yoga wheels! I had thought about purchasing the Chirp ones, but they weren’t shipping until next month, and I need help with my back pain ASAP. I took the wheels out of the box, and they felt sturdy, well made, and (aside from not having a center groove for your spine) looked very much like the other brand. I sat with my back against the larger wheel, ready to roll out my back with the delightful sound of little pops and cracks along the way, but... OUCH! Not ouch in a good way; lord knows I love a good hard stretch and super deep tissue massage. This wheel felt like steel against my spine and ribs! Yes, I got a pretty good snap, crackle, pop, but at the cost of bruises on my spine! There is virtually no cushion on this wheel.Full disclosure- I weigh about 100 pounds, and I suppose I’m rather bony, so someone who has more fat and muscle protecting their spine may not experience as much pain as I did, but I would still recommend a wheel with with more cushion. If you are thinking of purchasing this wheel to help stretch and alleviate back pain, I would recommend finding a similar product with equal sturdiness, but that offers more cushion to protect your spine and ribs.I gave this product 3 stars only because I know it can be used for purposes other than stretching/rolling your back, and it may very well be great for them.

Best purchase I’ve made in awhile
Great quality for the price. I have researched and looked at all of these. I compared this set to a brand that was all over my IG and FB. The reviews on this product far exceeded the reviews on the advertised one I researched. My main concern upon all products I reviewed was quality and would it break. These came very well put together, all my foam was intact and aligned correctly. The wheel itself is sturdy. I felt immediate relief after the first use of just a few seconds. The smaller the wheel the more pressure you’re going to feel. The more I use it the better my back feels and seems to stretch and pop easier with each use. I would recommend an adjustment with your chiropractor first and then proceed to use the wheel. Even if you don’t, these still work. Throughout my day I use it at a minimum of three times. I sit at a desk for 8 plus hours a day and then sit for 4 more hours completing school work. My 5 year old likes them to help her do backbends.
