Excellent customer service. Nice product, good quality, and lightweight. The product arrived on the scheduled day in perfect conditions. I used as an ottoman at home and in the office. I normally have back pain when sitting down for a long period of time. However, after using the footrest I am no longer bother by it anymore, it really did improve the blood circulation for me. Great purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

Will be flying from US to Italy next week and am hoping that this product will reduce leg swelling and make sleeping more comfortable. Fingers crossed!I'm having trouble keeping it fully inflated when trying to blow it up and closing the cap. The opening is pretty tight (which it should be) but makes it difficult to close without losing a lot of air. Hoping it will loosen a little with use.

I really like the portability of it. Since its inflatable it's also very easy to deflate and pack away to take with you on a camping trip or maybe to the park. I like the fact that it came with an air pump as well, however, it took little bit of time to actually inflate but a good 10 to 15 minutes is really all you need. I also like the fact that there's a double valve system to where you can adjust the size of your foot rest (low, medium, high level). That's really cool to have. I also appreciate the fact that it comes with a drawstring dust cover to prevent it from getting dirty and possibly puncture holes and the drawstring bag for traveling. I don't know of any other brand that gives you a dust cover so it's pretty nice to have. This is a nice add-on to have for my desk area as I like to watch movies and recline a little. And surprisingly it doesn't deflate as easily as other inflatable accessories. With that being said I don't recommend sitting on it though as that could definitely wear down the lifespan of this product. Stick to feet, not butt.

I was looking for something to keep my leg raised while in the office and thought this would work out. Unfortunately it did not. Very flimsy. It does come with a pump, but once you get it to the desired inflation, the plug is difficult to insert. Not worth it.

I am rethinking my previous glowing review - after a week, it started to slowly deflate over the day, and after a week, it needs to be re-inflated 2 or 3 times a day. I will be returning it if possible.

Purchased this last week, very easy to inflate, very easy to pack. Came with a travel bag to pack the un-inflated pillow, also a half-size bag for the inflated pillow. The material of the pillow is very comfortable, I mainly use it for my back and leg support, so far haven't run into any problems with it. Can't wait to take it with me when I'm traveling. Great product!

This footrest worked as expected. I had a couple of concerns on the product description since it said is easy to inflate, durable and soft. It all seems too good to be try with the price. I used this as an ottoman for my armchair. It really helped a lot with the blood circulation. I will try it as a baby rest bed on a plan when travel. Great product, strongly recommended!

This product is good ! The only complaint is in the airplane it don’t stay too long and lose air.
