The plating, box lock, look and weight are of good quality. It even has the 14k stamp. They only complaints I have are the number eights / figure eights need tightening. In the process, I broke one. The chain sounds a little Rudolph-ish. I don’t know if it’s actually stainless steel, compared to my other Cuban I bought elsewhere. The chain doesn’t hang straight. The best one I’ve found for the money tho! I thinking about buying the 18k Cuban!

My husband ordered this chain,And liked it so much he ordered another one but a different size. This chain does not tarnish and looks real. He has had it for a while and the clasp on one side broke off due to him constantly opening and closing it, (and probably just being heavy handed with it ) I contacted the seller and was not under warranty anymore but they came up with different solutions to help instead of just ignoring me and they have been such a wonderful help. I am so pleased with their fast and quick customer service and willingness to help that I would definitely order from this seller again..

My dog loves this chain. It has better weight than her first chain and I think she likes that. All the dogs at the park seem jealous, as does my wife. The clasp appears to be very solid.Update: After two months the chain shows no sign of wear and the clasp is as strong as it was new.

I haven't undone the latch since I got it, I just put it over my head. Little flaps on latch come undone easily, just push them in again. It can get twisted, and the links don't slide past each other, so push them back again, or give it a couple of shakes. Golden, very sturdy, doesn't rust or tarnish. Gold hasn't worn off. My new favorite chain! I even wear it to bed!

So the color is perfect it looks real ! Not that cheesy yellow look all these other chains/bracelets have. And it's shiney and clean ! Love it get compliments all the time people have no clue it's fake
