I want to start off first by saying this bottle lasted me an entire year, it was incredible. How is that possible when I took it frequently? I’m going to tell you. My first night taking one of these, I took a whole one to ease me in. It said to take two but I didn’t know how I’d react so I took one. This one gummy had me off my shit, I was passed out in thirty minutes and having the scariest dreams of my life. At one point I was sure I was having sleep paralysis, I was so deep in it, I slept for 13 hours. It was terrifying and amazing. Can you imagine if I had taken two? You’d still be trying to wake me. From then on, I only would take half of one gummy and it would knock me out in 45 minutes and I would sleep no less than a full 8 hours. I can’t recommend this stuff enough. Maybe I’m just a lightweight, but for an insomniac I love this stuff and just ordered a new bottle.

Flavor's ok and these work for me!
These could be less sweet but they're not as sweet as some of Amazon's gummy vitamins and supplements, thank goodness. Strawberry? Ummmm, ok. It just tastes lake random fruit gummy to me, but whatever. Sometimes, I only take one gummy, instead of the recommended two per dose and, if I've had a calorie-burner of a day, I get tired within 30-60 minutes and sleep well. I will likely be buying these unless/until I move off of melatonin gummies or something amazing shows up to steal me away from these.

I took off one star because these are never in stock
I bought these for my travel bag since no one in my family sleeps well on vacation. The gummies taste good and work great. Our last trip we all got full nights of sleep. I would have given 5 stars but these are ALWAYS out of stock for subscribe and save.

Safe for my young one.
This has been so beneficial for my 5 year old. She not only sleeps through the night she is no longer a wrestles sleeper
