Love these pouches for my toddler. I give my toddler one pouch a day to keep her bowel movements regular and to help her up her intake of veggies and fruits. Mostly veggies. These are organic, and my toddler loves the taste.

Very sweet but helped to have on hand to treat or avoid constipation in my infant. Pretty messy but worth it if it helped his belly.
