Mr. Brog Full Bent Tobacco Pipe - Model No: 25 Kaiser Mahogany - Pear Wood Roots - Hand Made

Great pipe, just can't seem to find the right non nicotine, non tobacco formula that suits me. I have tried Honeyrose, and that is just awful.... I have tried Bear Blend and that seems to be the best to use for non tobacco, non nicotine smokers. The pipe itself is amazing in preventing ashes from spilling on your clothes while working, or driving in your car. The overall quality feels really nice for pearwood and the filter does a pretty good job given that it is a stinger reusable filter. The only gripe I have is the packaging which made me boot one star off of five. When I received the pipe, it showed that it was a different pipe that I didn't order. Upon opening it, it was the correct pipe, just scared me a bit was all. The pipe is great and just the right size. You should definitely get this for the price, and durability.

First off. I am new to pipe smoking so that being said. I have only smoked my Mr Brog pipe twice. It seems to be well made. It smoke very nice. I am now looking at more Mr Brog pipes, cause there prices seem to be better than most other brands that I have looked at with the same quality

Like the pipes you use to see way back when. The military type stem is what I happen to prefer and the antique finish on the screen is especially suited to this style of pipe. It smokes just as well as my more expensive pipes, just keep in mind it's not brier. Avoid excessive puffing and you should have a pipe that lasts a long time.

It's Last Guy Who Smokes Man back with a new review of what makes me the number one Super Villain of the century. I never tried pear wood root before. It is a surprisingly good cool smoke. The bowl on this is a bit larger than I usually use, but that's where the cage comes in. Go putter with your #25 Kaiser. You can't loose embers in your stuff. You can also work around water and not put out the pipe. I gardened, and watered the first time I used my pipe. No problem. As a short pipe with a plastic stem it smokes a little more juicy than my usual churchwardens and reed stem pipes, but those are not good active pipes. This is a great active/ outdoors/ find a free state and go to the pub/ pipe. Well I'm off to shill foe elite tobacco, read whatever I please, and commit other abominable acts against Progressivism.

For the price point it is very hard to beat a Mr. Brog. About the only thing in the briar family that competes with it is some Dr. Grabow, Yello-Bole/Medico pipes. However, the Mr Brog looks better and I feel has an edge in the fit and finish area. So far the pipe is holding up very well. Only issue I had was that there were some wood shavings in the bore hole I had to scrub out with a pipe cleaner. Do make sure you rest the pipe a day after smoking it and never pull the stem/mouthpiece out until it cools. I can see you snapping it off as the fit is very tight and only gets tighter when its hot. The windscreen is nice too since I take this out to the bar with me and have to smoke outside.

While I am a WAY HUGE fan of Mr Brog Pipes and accessories. This pipe has some kind of faux patina, that's burning off the cover, while I smoke. It's leaving a horrible metallic taste in my mouth. And my home smells exactly the same since bringing it in the house. It's absolutely nauseating. I LOVE Mr. Brog pipes...just not this particular model.

Very nice pipe doesn't get to hot wind cover works well driving down the highway with the windows down. First smoke taste was off and you could taste the fruit. This was probably just part of the break in as since then the taste returned to normal. Fit and finish was good the metal filter did need removed though as it severely limited the draw. Would buy again[Edit] Very much like this pipe. Tobacco must be dryer than normal to avoid gurgling but thats no big deal. Would buy again.

I really like the way this smokes, only reason I gave it 4 stars is the hinge required a little tweaking to operate properly.

The cage works fine, keeping ash under control when gardening, barbecuing etc. The bite, however, is a little on the small side for such a heavy pipe, so its not an easy smoke while active.

Purchased this as my first step into the pipe smokers world. Arrived 2 days earlier than expected (bonus) and couldn't contain my excitement when opening it. Really is a lovely looking pipe that sits well in my hand. Can't wait to light it up. Although, because it is my first pipe I'm somewhat hesitant to do. All in all, Really pleased with it and the speedy delivery
