Excellent umami
I use this to add to my pasta sauces for last 5 minutes of cooking to add in a really good umami flavor.I cannot go without this stuff any more it is super good.

Very tasty, not as "truffly" as I wanted
This is an excellent, excellent way to add umami flavor to something that isn't immediately identifiable as coming from any specific source. It is practically addictive as a spread on crackers or bread. The only, and minor to my mind, downside is that it isn't as totally a truffle flavor as I had been wanting. But given how I use it (in sauces, dressings, etc.) it's plenty great.

Taste REALLY GOOD! And I mean really good. But grew mold after being in the fridge for 1 week. So sad about this. I will stick with truffle powder going forward sadly
