This kit features a piece of superplate glass, an aluminium substrate heat bed, a NTC-0805 thermistor and a wiring for connecting. The aluminium substrate heat bed is 1.5mm thick and serves as a heat source and heat spreader. The NTC-0805 thermistor has high accuracy and reliable wiring. We choose silicon carbide glass with microporous coating as a construction platform for 3D printers without the need to attach the masking tape. The silicon carbide glass has chemical stability, high heat conductivity coefficient, good wear resistance and can withstand extreme temperatures. The special coating is inorganic and has a hardness of 8 poppies and is therefore very durable. Compared to conventional construction platforms, this type of tempered glass has a better adhesion and flatness and can be easily removed. It is also easy to clean with water or alcohol.
