Even though I measured my old boards before ordering these new cleverly colored cutting boards were way bigger than expected, BUT I still love them! I also hung a little chart in the cabinet to remember the usage rules (ie:red=raw meat). Very sturdy. A little cumbersome to clean because of the size and I had to rearrange a few cabinets to store them together! BUT again - love them!

These cutting boards work great at the Virginia Diner, Inc. located in beautiful Wakefield, Virginia, between Petersburg and Suffolk on route 460. We are celebrating our 85th anniversary this year, come on out and try our famous Rail Car Sandwich. You will not be disappointed.

These are great items that have gotten a lot of use. They have held up well and make it very for my staff to know which board to use.

I bought these for my Culinary Arts students, and the boards are holding up very well. Nice, solid boards in vivid colors.

Really nice cutting boards and they are good quality at good price. I got this for a business and they are great.

There are a few things in the kitchen that make me happy (immersion blender, a couple special pans and these things!!). I did not really need so many boards and am careful but not obsessive about contamination. But decided to spring for these anyway and have been using for over a year now. Green and red get the most use, but they look as good as the others do even after hundreds if not thousands of "chops". They are large enough for anything you would buy at the grocery store and most sub-primal cuts as well. They don't have a groove around the surface, but overflow has never been an issue. I wash by hand, but there has been a slight warping in the green one so there was a bit of skidding sometimes -- easily remedied with nothing more than a wet paper towel layer underneath. Mine did not come with a stand (and although one is shown I am not sure these do either since none is mentioned). No excessive knife or cleaver issues, easy to clean although it helps to have a large sink and can be stored in a tall enough cabinet. I really do love using them.
