Just ok. Pretty strong flavor and pretty washed. Although I’ve definitely eaten worse! I’d say they’re about equal to S I n c e r e l y Nuts Holland seeds.

Good nutrition and quality
Great value and nutrition. My favorite recipe is lemon poppy bread muffins. I also make pickles and salad dressing. For a great desert, just add more sweetener or a glaze to the lemon poppy muffin. Goes well on casseroles, vegetable and other bread dishes. It is fun to make new dishes and recipes with these poppy seeds. It's good to know they are nutritious and a good source of protein.I'd also recommend these seeds to vegans, who rely on nuts and seeds for protein.

good quality, but almost every bag opened during shipping
Seemed like a clean, fresh, unwashed product, but was unable to use due to the packaging. Except for 1 or 2, every single bag opened and spilled out during the shipping process and became unable to use. This could've been easily remedied with 30cents worth of rubberbands and 2 minutes of time closing the bags. Total waste.
