Thompsons Punjana Tea Bags - 80 per pack

I love this tea. It is strong and doesn’t have a bad aftertaste.

As one who typically drank Yorkshire Tea in the winter months and PG Tips in the summer (both reliable teas), I decided to try this Northern Irish breakfast tea and fell in love with the rich, malty flavor. The difference, it turns out, is that this is a blend comprised largely of Assam black tea (instead of Ceylon black tea, which is typically more prominent in English breakfast teas and a little zippier where Assam is a little more hearty). Upon notifying a Belfast native friend now living in London that I'd become a Punjana convert, he replied, "Blimey, I can't even find that here on the mainland!" So, being able to get Punjana in the US at this price is nothing short of a luxury.

About the best teas I’ve ever had. The Punjana is my go-to when I need to really wake up ! The Irish Breakfast is a little less stronger but still strong and will be my every day tea...For both The taste is superb..Strong, malty, chocolatey, earthy, sweet.I’ve tried many different brands snd this is now my tea!

I used the Tea for the traditional English Breakfast and Afternoon brewing of tea, and it is the best most flavorful of any tea, that I have had, after trying them all over the years. It starts my day and ends my day and lifts the spirits in between, what more can anyone expect from a small teaspoonful of dried leaves. No wonder people kept it locked in small chests over 200 years ago and was a coveted treasure when rationed during the war..

This is a very special blend in Ireland and i love it. Thank you for making it available to order at a reasonable price!

This tea is good and strong, with a malty flavor that I enjoy.

So Good! More expensive than it was, but cheaper than a ticket to the UK!
