I’ve been on Wellbutrin, klonipin and lamictal for years. With doctors approval I’ve weaned off klonipin and lamictal, (mostly) so I bought these to supplement and honestly I’ve felt better than I have in years. I am leaving my house more, talking walks and just feel better all around. I will take these forever. I don’t think I’ll go off Wellbutrin but I love them as a combination. And I only take one a day and I feel better! I also take NAC which helps with my anxiety and ocd. Thanks vitamin!Update: October 2024-I stopped taking these for two weeks just out of laziness. I didn’t want to fill my pill box. I noticed my depression is coming back hard. so I think they really worked. I made sure that my pillbox is stocked up.

Absolutely worth it - have been coming off meds and these have been the only thing to help me stabilize.

Este suplemento trabaja de una forma sutil, no de golpe. En mi caso, empecé a notar cambios en mi comportamiento desde la tercera semana. Los cambios en mí son mejor humor, siento que soy más tolerante a críticas, más tolerante a otras personas y situaciones incómodas. El cambio más notable que he tenido es con relación a mi trabajo, me siento más concentrado y con más energía para trabajar, termino lo que empiezo, y no pienso tanto antes de empezar una tarea solo actuo y termino, es como una energía mental y a la vez siento que disfruto mi trabajo. Este suplemento funciona quizás para casos leves o moderados como el mío, no sabría decir para casos crónicos. Y cabe destacar que me ha funcionado tomándolo con la dosis que indica el fabricante o la marca, ya que hace un tiempo lo compre, pero tome menos de la dosis y nunca sentí los efectos beneficiosos que acabo de describir.

I use this only at night, two capsules and I definitely noticed a difference in my sleep. I hope it continues. I’m a bit reluctant to take it during the day because it relaxes me so much. Because of that I haven’t noticed too much that it has affected my mood swings, but sleeping better is really making my life better.

Prescribed by my naturopath. Whenever I take it regularly, I feel the difference as it helps my mood. Will say though, this should not be viewed as a replacement for therapy or any other doctor prescribed methods of dealing with severe depression.

This product really does work. I wasn’t expecting any difference- I was honestly only taking it because my sister kept giving it to me. It took about 3 months of consistent use before I noticed a difference- but then all of the sudden one day I realized I felt better! The other thing it it makes my nails grow really well and the dry skin around my nails tht causes hangnails goes away when I take it. Now I don’t take it as consistently (because of cost) but I know as soon as my nails stop growing it’s time to get back on it. When I say nails stop growing I mean like literally my fingertips are sore because they are so short and just break as soon as they grow out even a little. Just remember if your depression is severe like mine was you are probably going to have to take it about 90 days before you see results!

I had high hopes for this working but I had some of my worst depressions while taking this pill. It might work for some people but it was doing nothing for me or possibly making things worse.
