Great machine
Bought this in November and was really happy when I bought it. Today I went to use it and thought the pump was bad. Wasn’t building any pressure. Went to read the instructions and I had to press the up button a few times to get it where it was building pressure. I think this is what people may have issues but is user error and not the machine. It comes with a Bosch pressure pump from factory.

Bought this to clean out injectors on my 1.5l tubro engine build!Used ultrasonic fluid in Autools easy to use ultrasonic cleaner, and the miles of carbon build up came right off! Was then able to test the injectors in the test tubes and it was very easy to hook the wires up to the injector and click start! Easy as that, would highly recommend , no issues

Dont waste your money
Had hie hopes for this but I got somebody else trouble. When I opened it there was rust in the ultrasonic tank but I could have lived with that I could have lived with the fact that it was missing the valves to empty it with so I went to town and bought to shut off valves got ready to use ot and some kind of trash in glass tubes by then I am getting aggregated then I start it up the pump only works at times and yes I know how to work it . I bought $200 worth of cleaning and test fluid for it . The only hood thing I can say is the ultrasonic cleaner worked really really good but the rest of this was not a good product. It was actually atrocious and I have never wrote a bad review and I really hated to but I despised the fact that the unit I recieved was most likely something someone else returned. Very disappointed I had big plans for my saterday afternoon and they were wrecked by this machine. Now I have to drive 45 minutes to return it to a ups store and apparently wait 10 to 17 days for a refund . I am very disappointed in amazon for this. Totally not right. Maybe some lucky people get a good one but I certainly didnt.

The CT500 arrived with ONE broken glass cylinder. Glass was EVERYWHERE - including inside the Testing Agent TANK. Large chunks and small chunks; and extremely fine pulverized glass powder. Which would destroy a Fuel Injector; since Glass does not dissolve. Took TWO days of total disassembly and cleaning efforts to remove all of the glass. Just from (1) tube!! And although I believe it will no longer damage a fuel injector - there still exists fine glass powder. Remove glass powder; and a bit later - more is on a surface. Insane. There are NO loose parts. I purchased a CT500 direct from Amazon. The unopened box had a loose parts rattle sound. I was also dealing with a pricing deal - that Amazon wasn’t honoring. Found a brand new CT500 cheaper - ordered it. It arrived a few days later. It also had a loose parts rattle sound. Returned the UNOPENED (I did NOT open it - at all) CT500 to Amazon. After that - I opened up the newly arrived CT500. To discover the “loose parts rattle” sound was all of the BROKEN GLASS rattling around. I believe the glass tube broke in the FACTORY. There are “fine” small particles of broken glass tube - in the SILICONE attaching the Inspection Lamp to the machine. They are Embedded INTO the silicone. After several communication attempts - Autool finally responded - and they are now apparently shipping a replacement cylinder. This is after I PURCHASED a replacement 110ml Cylinder from Ebay - due to the lack of response from Autool. But I believe the machine will be fine and function correctly, now that I have completely torn it apart and got the broke glass out of everywhere - and then put it back together. I did make a video - only 710 megs - but so far haven’t been able to upload it. Anyway - your choice to tear it apart and clean out the glass - or request a replacement machine. Not that easy to tear apart. I suggest starting with the Back Rear Panel - if you go that route. The Pressure gauge on the Machine measures the generated Pump Pressure. The Pump is located inside of the Testing Agent Tank. The drain port on the back side - drains ONLY the UltraSonic Cleaning Tank. The clear "tank level indicator" PVC tubing - is also used to Drain the Testing Agent Tank. I believe this is a good value - just very disappointed in the broke glass tube - and the resultant required cleaning efforts.

Good quality materials and workmanship. Poor development and testing of product prior to marketing.
The manufacturer has failed to build a product that meets the intended use and did not test the product for accuracy or usability. There are many defects in the programming of the electronic circuit board that operates this Autool CT150, which makes the product nearly useless for testing. It cleans the injectors ok. Manufacturer failed to provide quality programming and did not provide a means to drain or clean the reservoir tank. For example. To use the menu item 10. High speed test value. You must press the UP button 89 times to get a reasonable amount of time duration setting for the test. Holding the up button doesn't work. Then after the test is completed, the circuit board reboots loosing the settings. You then must repress the up button 89 more times. There are several design defects of header manifold that feeds the injectors that creates a pressure drop inside. The two inner injectors receive higher pressure than the outer two injectors.Example: the quality vs time of fluid delivery by the injector changes depending on which position on the manifold it is placed. Totally useless for comparing injectors performance or fuel delivery vs time... like it was designed to do.Injector adapters are cut too long and go too deep into header causing pressure drop. I put a picture of the inside of the header where you can see the adapter threads extend too deep into the header. The LED lights are positioned to shine directly into your eyes. I had to block the LEDs with a piece of card board. Workmanship and quality of materials is very good.
