Q: Is this product non GMO?

I went to the Non GMO verified website (nongmoproject.org) and Anthony's flours are not on the list, therefore this product has not been verified as Non GMO. You would only be taking the word of the company with no proof.

Q: Are the almonds pasteurized with steam (good!) or propylene oxide (bad!)?

It states steam in the product description.

Q: Should this be stored in the fridge or can it be stored in the pantry in a cool dry place?

I also keep mine in cool, dry place - should be fine
