I bought a pair of Cole Haan black loafers that I finally wore out. It was my favorite pair of semi dresses shoes. Seemingly made for my foot I had a tall order to find a shoe that could compare in terms of comfort and style. Now these shoes don't really have the style of the black Cole Haan loafers and I might have bought them 1/2 size too big because they are a hair loose. I like this shoe for its comfort and appearance. I needed a pair for work and they have answered the call to duty. Top grain leather. Rugged sole and butter soft outer shell make it an excellent New England shoe for walking the campus parkinglot and up to my office. My flat feet don't lie. These shoes are nade for walking and they are nice pair of shoes. I highly recommend them.I normally take a 13 but these seem to run 1/2 size bigger than I expected them to be. You won't be disappointed.

They look great, feel very comfortable, and the quality is good. My only gripe is they fit a bit loose. I wear a 10 in all my shoes, and these are probably a .5 too large. I'll just wear a thicker sock, so there won't be an issue. Too bad they don't have memory foam, because they would be near perfect for comfort. I can always get that on my own. For under sixty bucks, I'm very satisfied.

Received these shoes.. went shopping. I couldn't believe how great they feel. I wear a 10 1/2 W I hear these sometimes run a bit larger. So I ordered my size.. They were a Perfect Fit!! I'm telling you these are more comfortable to walk around in than my ASICS walking shoes.. Don't ask me how they did it. I couldn't explain it.

Most shoes I buy seem too tight. They take a lot of breaking in. Not these. They felt comfortable from the get-go. My feet do slip right in (I use long handle shoehorn). The Amazon write-up recommended that I order a size smaller than usual. I take a 10.5 and they said I should order a 10. I didn't. Good thing, too, because my toes are right at the front of the shoe where they belong. 10 would have been too short. The only negative is that the insoles are made of foam that is a bit too soft. But I prefer to remove the insoles and replace them with orthotics anyway. Sometimes, if a shoe is already too tight, I can't get both the orthotics and my foot into it. These I can. The orthotics support my arch and the shoe is still comfortable. I just ordered another pair.

I have only had the shoes for a couple of days. I have an 11" foot so ordered a size 11.5. The shoes look good and the quality upon first inspection is satisfactory and or meets expectations. they are a good looking shoe. The color is accurate to the display photos. The side leather material is of good feel, but the top leather is noticeably thinner. I have not purchased a "slip-on" type shoe before so my assessment may not be apples to apples. When I first slipped them on, wearing socks that I generally wear, the fit was noticeably loose. I could slide my foot to the end of the shoe and easily place a finger in the gap behind my heel and the heel of the shoe. I walked around the house with these socks and found that that would not do, it felt like I was wearing slippers (which I don't wear by the way). I the tried them on with some heavy thermal socks. The socks helped the fit considerably, but after walking around the house for a hour or so they began to feel loose, like I needed to reach down and retie by shoe laces (which they did not have). the insole looks impressive, but there not as much cushioning as I expected. This may also contribute to the loose feel. I am concerned that as they are worn in they will loosen up (like most new shoes) and may be too annoying to wear. Some people may like a loose or sloppy feel, and if you do these shoes would be great, if not, try a smaller size or different brand where the leather is thicker. I am 6' - 170lbs so rather average. The brand I am sure is good, however I am giving them a 3-star due to the size issue and the low comfort insole of this particular pair of shoes.

Easy slip on. Fits true to size. very comfortable.

Shoes appear nicely made, but I am unable to judge fairly as they are extremely undersized and I cannot even come close to getting my foot in them. I ordered my normal shoe size, 13M. I will be returning these.
