Wusthof Classic Ikon 6 Piece Knife Block Set.

This set of knives are engineered to the highest level. The knives and block are elegant in design. The knives are well balanced and feel ergonomic in the hand. They are precision made and unbelievably sharp. Minimum force is required when cutting through raw vegetables and meats. The blades slice without any resistance whatsoever making food preparation easy.

Had some decent knives in the past and was between a set of Global and a set of these. After extensive research found these are just about the best, where as Global are sharpened quite differentlyi Havent used them yet, but great price from this seller, and the best price i could find anywhereDelivery was very quick too, and delivered in a top quality presentation box...Expensive, as most stuff is these days, but will last the test of time hopefully

Very impressed with these knives.I have been particularly careful, but they seem to retain their edge exceptionally well.I used to use the old kitchen knives , and they worked.. after a fashion.With these knives, even making a simple salad or cutting cheese becomes a pleasure and one has surgeon like accuracy.I now look for opportunities to use the knives..Ripe tomatoes are a pleasure to cut, simply, place knife on tomato, and pull back. no mess, no fuss. No need to put the point in break the skin.They were quite expensive,but hopefully last a lifetime.I spent many days researching different type of knives, visiting shops, looking at the differences.Aesthetically, these are great,and the balance is superb. Overall a very pleased customer!

Nice knives but not worth £600. Get blunt very quickly and Nedd sharpening weekly.

This knife set is worth every penny, knives feel comfortable in your hand and come ready for immediate use. Very happy with these knives.

These knives are certainly better than the much cheaper knives we have had throughout the years.But whether they are worth the asking price, I am not so sure.One of the knives was also badly chipped when delivered so I had to use a sharpener on a brand new knife out of the box.
