Quality Product
Great product for the price. Very sturdy if purchasing for kids.

I liked all of it.

Worthlessly delicate
I work for a school that regularly services these devices by the thousand. Without a protective case, this device is so fragile that if thrown into a bag you can expect its screen to start showing "oxidation" marks (i.e., bright, white spots where the LCD became damaged). It's keyboard has a high break rate because the battery is not secured to the frame by anything but a few plastic clips that bend and flex during regular use, causing the battery to pull out the cables from the keyboard and trackpad. A recall has not yet been called, but they have redesigned the clamps holding these cables down in their next year's model, which says a lot. Some possible issues with static generative properties are possible due to the moisture barrier on the device as well. All told, save your money and purchase something with better make. The reviews here suggesting that it is rugged and good for kids are obviously tag lines meant to sell a sub-par product.
