Absolutely loved the design of the mat, but unless you're using it specifically for hot yoga or your hands and feet are wet, it's just too slippery. I do yoga sculpt and flow at a studio, so the instructions to spray the mat before using it would be kind of odd in that environment (bring a spray bottle along to class?!). Guess that's an option for home use. Disappointed because I really wanted this mat to work for me.

This is such a great mat! The design caught my eye first. The quality is wonderful. Soft and just the right amount of thickness. I use it for yoga.

Mat had what looked like a stain when I first opened it . I was willing to over look it but I tried one hot yoga class and I slipped and slid the whole class . I wanted to love this mat but it didn’t work for me

Worked great! At first I was skeptical about slipping on it, because it feels kind of smooth but once my hands started sweating it gripped way better than my traditional mat and it stayed put on the floor and didn’t move. Love it! Totally worth the money.
