Kentucky Kernel Gluten Free Seasoned Flour, 10 Ounce

I love this GF flour! A little bit goes a long way and the three pack lasts me for months at a time. I use it when I fry wings and add just a bit more seasoning. They come out perfect every time. The batter is crunchy, thin and not at all greasy. Highly recommended.

Marinaded boneless skinless thighs in buttermilk, tossed in this flour and pan fried. Didn't add any seasoning and my family was amazed! I'm the only GF person in my family but they are changing for me and results are usually mixed. I will say that, after I discovered on Amazon, I found numerous retailers that sell locally for half the price but, if Amazon is your preference, delivery was great without any issues with the packaging. Oh how I have missed fried chicken and so excited to have an easy way to make it now!

Wow...just wow! What a great KFC alternative for you GF folks. It is great for anything breaded, not just chicken.

Let’s face it, practically everything is expensive, but GF is insanely expensive. I rely on this brand for its amazing flavor, quality, and affordability for many of my chicken, pork chop, and yes, fish recipes. Just a little bit goes a long way(family of 4). I generally use 1 box for 2 meals that require meat breading. Never disappointed with this product.

This tastes so good and behaves like "normal" breading. I've used it for chicken and fried green tomatoes. Even people who don't eat gluten free like it.

It got here on time , but The box was damaged and there was power everywhere.

I bought the 6 pack and only one box arrived (one total in the shipping box, not 6 in one box). Amazon took care of it but told me to keep it so I tried it out tonight and it is really very close to that other Kentucky Colonel's secret recipe chicken. Both versions are pretty salty though, so if you are keeping an eye on that, maybe mix it with some regular GF flour or something, but I thought it was excellent.I cooked about 1 1/2 lbs of chicken strips and some zucchini all breaded with this, in an air fryer and it worked out great (the "secret" is to mist olive oil over the breaded chicken before frying to avoid dry areas). The zucchini was quite salty because they had more surface area, and therefore a higher breading to filling ratio, but the chicken strips were perfect. So I would not recommend this for poppers or zucchini, but for chicken, heck yeah!I would definitely buy this again but I feel hesitant to try buying a 6 pack again. This would be 5 stars if I could be sure to get a 6 pack when I order a 6 pack, but had to ding 1 start for that.
