This is a really nice leather bag. Like, very high quality. The leather is thick, the stitching is very well done, and the accents are sturdy and well made. The accents are a brass color, which pops nicely against the rich chocolate color of the leather, but not actually brass as far as I can tell. The clips on the end of the shoulder strap are clearly spray painted to be a brass color, but they still look nice.Apart from it's classic good look, this bag is really practical. It is very roomy with two large front pockets (which are covered by the front flap when it's closed). Inside there are two zippered pockets that are the length of the bag (one specifically for a laptop I'd wager, though it's not padded) and a cell phone pocket and pen holders. It also comes with a detachable adjustable shoulder strap, which is fabric (canvas) with an adjustable leather shoulder pad.I don't know how much this retails for (I got it for free in exchange for my review and there is currently no price listed on the product page) but I was showing it off at work and it got rave reviews. One guy was like, "That must sell for $300!" So any price under that is probably a good bargain.

SPENT $239.99 ON THIS PRODUCT. After 12 Months of use the closure hardware fell off the bag. Should have been bolted on instead of glued. VENDOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED AND AMAZON IS USELESS IN OFFERING ANY ASSISTANCE AFTER 12 MONTHS OF USE. This bag should have lasted 5 years or more.

This a high quality leather briefcase, made of thick, heavy leather. It has a large zippered compartment in which to store a laptop as well as other zippered compartments to store pens, pads, USB cords, etc. It has a handle but also comes with an adjustable strap so you could carry it like a messenger bag or a tote. The color is a rawhide brown, with subtle gradations in color characteristic of good leather. This is the type of briefcase that would be great to bring to a job interview or an important business meeting. The brass buckles on the case and on the straps feel strong and durable.If there's anything that's a drawback to this bag, it's the weight. It's heavy, and feels a little anachronistic in these days of lightweight, portable laptop bags and messenger bags. It seems like something out of the Old West, frankly. While it's gorgeous, it's not lightweight and feels heavy even when empty. It's great for making a personal impression, but in terms of practical usage, it seems made more to impress.

This briefcase has beautiful leather and thoughtfully placed pockets. I don't think it's too heavy or difficult to open like another reviewer mentioned, though.Only potential downsides I'd mention are the facts that the laptop sleeve is non-padded and located between two other storage areas, which makes me worry about irregular sized objects pushing into it and causing damage, and the the fact that the zipper under the flap doesn't connect fully to the edges of the briefcase, which I think would help with waterproofing.

This is a gorgeous messenger bag that has a vintage, high end look to it. 'It feels and looks very luxurious and has many inner pockets. It also has a padded sleeve inside for a laptop. It is very well made and comes with an adjustable strap and the leather itself is thick. Everything you need will fit in this bag in an organized way.The stitching looks very professional and the overall look is high end. No complaints!

This bag looks great — very sophisticated looking laptop bag going in and out of work. There are a lot of pockets and one main divider inside. There are two pockets that zip shut. I found it to be very versatile. My only complaint is that the buckles are hard to snap and unsnap (since there's part of the leather strap that hangs over the snap). One of the snap parts (that's attached to the bag) actually popped off soon after I got the bag. It wasn't a huge deal since I wasn't snapping it up anyway since it's hard to unsnap. But if you like to have your bag snapped shut, then this might not be the best bag.

From the minute I opened the box, the experience on this was wonderful. First I noticed the leather smell of the briefcase. Then the protective bag to keep the briefcase from getting scratches on delivery. The handle has an impressive design and the case is massively impressive!I did find the case a bit difficult to open and close, over time that because easier. The case is definitely heavy... even when empty. The leather and the straps are sturdy and add noticeable weight to the bag.Everyone in my family likes the color, style, and size of this briefcase. Nobody likes the weight of it. Giving it 4-starts because color, quality and design are fantastic.
