Adds just enough extra to the grip for my large hands. Well machined and good fitment. Battery is still accessible from the bottom without having to remove the plate. Only downside I’ve had (which isn’t a deal breaker) is not having the correct size plate mount.

I took a chance and purchased this grip. The price was very competitive but it didn't have any reviews. I'm very happy with it! Used it the entire time on a trip with my X-T3. It made the camera much easier to hold and was great to have Arca-Swiss on the bottom :)
