Eh on the product, saving grace good customer service.
The ring itself was hard to work with. Impossible on my S4 with the wireless charger installed. Didn't really work with a case on my phone either. With the case off and wireless charger removed it worked in a very narrow sweet spot.The seller was really nice to work with. They gave tips on how to improve how well it worked. Ultimately I ended up returning the ring because I couldn't get it to work well enough for me. The seller stated that they have a model coming out in a little while that is supposed to work better with trouble devices. If you try this and it doesn't work well for you, you may want to ask about that newer model.If I didn't have a case or a wireless charger I think this would have worked ok. They include stickers so you can find the sweet spot more easily. My biggest concern was with as hard as it was to work with my phone I felt it would be much harder sharing data. They say it's a security feature but it felt more like a design limitation.3 star rating because the seller was really really nice to work with.

A few issues
Kinda annoying to find the "sweet spot" for it to register on a friends phone, if there is a phone case it's useless. Also the tag could only store my name and phone number barely. I imagine if it was a larger tag it would be better. But not sure how you would fit a larger tag here.

Better Apps and functionality.
It took me a week and 6 PW resets to get the Unlock app to recognize my account. the apps could be built better they are hard to use. I would like the ring to control more apps. Would like a better interface for issues other than just FAQs
