I ordered this Digital Kitchen Scale to help monitor eating the correct food portions. This model is accurate and has a Tare option so I can truly know the amount of food V.S. packaging. I like that the shape is a rectangle giving a little more room for food and still being able to see the digital read out. It is light weight and easily slides away in a drawer so as not to take up additional counter space. Very Happy.

I work in the food industry as a cook. I have to put recipes together on the daily basis. I use a scale many times a day and have to weight items that weigh several pounds. Up to know this scale from Nicewell is doing a phenomenal job. It is easy to use and very accurate, easy to clean, light weight and easy to store. I hope that it keeps performing for sometime to come and holds up to the use and abuse of the industry. I would recommend this scale for home use and for industry use. With my old "analogue" food scale, I always had to re-set the dial manually to allow for the weight of a container that I was weighing food in. With this digital scale, I can put the container on the scale, press the "tare" button, and watch the scale magically re-set itself! Just last night, I made myself a salad, put the bowl on the scale, pushed the button to set it to 0, added an ounce of shredded cheese, pushed the button to set it to 0 again, and then added an ounce of nuts. Wish I'd realized there was such an easy-to-use option years ago! (Plus, I especially like that this model uses standard AAA batteries, rather than something more esoteric and harder to shop for when a replacement is needed.)

We buy meat in bulk and this scale has helped out tremendously. The scale is very accurate, even down to the ounces. Hardly takes up any counter or drawer space. Scale has a very sleek and modern style to it which I love but the accuracy is on point. Bought meat at a store, weighed it and it matched up with the sticker. Really easy to use and easy to clean when needed. We have not gone over the 22 lb mark but the most we've had on this scale was about 12 lbs and it still worked with no issues. The digital light is bright and the only time we had an issue was when the parchment paper covers it but even then, you can kind of make out what the weight is.

Perfect for my needs! I use it to help track what I'm eating and well as to record the amounts of produce we harvest from our garden. So easy to tare and re-tare as I add ingredients. So easy to switch units of measurement. Easy to tuck away in a drawer for easy access in the kitchen without cluttering the counter. The only thing that would make it better is if it held the weight display for 3 or 5 seconds after removing the item from the scale. This would help with larger items that block the display unless you get creative. I won't knock any stars off for that though because I knew ahead of time from the description that that was not a feature of this scale. I recommend it!

It was hard to tell there was a film over the scale, it looked scratched but it was the film not the scale. The battery cover is a little difficult to figure out but it SLIDES down and works well. The directions leave a bit to be desired but once I figured everything out, it works amazingly well. VERY accurate and several different units available for measuring to the nearest 100th. Small and compact.

For someone like me that measures lots of spices and ingredients for my Puertorican and Caribbean recipes, this is a godsend!! It's very easy to use, clean and store, and the measurements given are easy to read and very accurate. Will purchase again for my mom and sister!!

I always want a food scale whenever i look at delicious food recipe. Finally i brought this scale since I have lots free time now. Great small food scale for weight portion of nutrition food and learning new recipe. I am going to cook a lots of delicious food from now on.
