To my knowledge, K&N is one of the best, most trusted filter manufacturers around. I've never heard of a failure and if I had to complain about anything, it would possibly be the extra cost of them, but hey, peace of mind is worth a little extra to me.

this is one of the two oil filters that are needed to change the oil in a 2003 KTM 625 sxc, along with the other oil filter (K&N KN-155)
