Really Controls Appetite
Can't believe how well these work. I've been using them for about 3 weeks now. I have always been a major snacker in between meals and I seriously don't even have the desire to reach for my normal 2:30 indulgence. I am using these with the Skinnytabs tablets and between the two I feel full and energized all day. I haven't weighed myself but I am definitely losing weight and all of my clothes are feeling big! Perfect timing right before summer!!
