I bought this for when my tendonitis flairs up on the top of my foot- it's supposed to wrap around right where I get the most pain. Funny enough, I haven't needed to use it for that, but I've used this ice pack for other parts since I've bought it! It gets cold quickly and stays cold for a while. I usually would fall asleep with it and then wake up a while later to dump it on the floor. The velcro is strong, the gel pac is great.

Easy to keep with you. I haven’t used it warm yet but the gel pad stays cold for at least the 20 minutes. Goes on easy too. The compression sleeves are nice too. I have bought the compression sleeves and socks before and these are nice and tight but not too tight. You can use, put back in freezer and they are ready to go again in an hour or less. Great buy for me. I have plantar fasciitis and these work well.

I have plantar fasciitis in both feet. Would have been better with two of hot/cold gel pack instead of one. Compression in the sleeves are good, but when worn with socks and sneakers, the stitching gave me blisters. Fine when worn in slides or alone.

The gel pack is really amazing. Side note: it's a good size for wrist pain too; even though the gel part doesn't cover the whole wrist (same with foot), the support alone can help. The support braces are two different sizes. At first I thought it was my feet, but when you place one on top of the other it's blatantly obvious that one is significantly smaller. I'm happy with my purchase because Amazon gave me a credit so I was able to buy a second set and get another one that fits. But the product loses a star for this size discrepancy since they should be the same. It's kind of awesome how much a little piece of elastic can lessen plantar fasciitis pain -- and when it doesn't quite do the trick it's easy to apply some heat or ice with the gel pack!

I have plantar fasciitis on my left foot. I gave this product 2 stars because (1) compression sleeves was feeling slack on my foot. (2) I emailed the seller about the fit and was told that the size on the compression sleeves are medium and was given a link to purchase a 3 pack compression sleeves which have the sizes of Small, medium and large and was also given a code for a 20% discount. (3) Well when I thought about if I were to purchase these extra Sleeves I would have 4 sleeves that I would not be able to use and 1 small sleeve that I may be able to use just did not make sense. Also the 20% discount code I was given did not work. (4) I thought it was bad customer service and I was expecting to be sent at least 1 small compression sleeve for free especially since the sleeves in this pack is useless to me. The ice pack is the only thing that was good.

My hubby has plantar - probably from running too much. he was struggling but now incredibly he is almost pain free. even running again. says the braces work much better than his night splints and orthotics. I used the ice / heat pack to treat my metarsal and felt nice relief. keeps the heat/cold for a long time. def recommend combo pack for foot pain.

Happy I purchased this item. I stick it in the freezer and then when I’m feeling pain from my neuropathy and plantar fasciitis, I apply it to my foot for pain relief. The only issue I have with it is it doesn’t stay cold for as long as I’d like.

Relieved symptoms of my aching tendinitis in my left foot. Easy on/off. Easy washable. Definitely two thumbs up!
