FEL-PRO TCS 46078 Engine Timing Cover Gasket Set for Ford F-150

I bought this kit to perform a 3v 5.4 timing set replacement. With the truck being 12 years old with 107k I was not going to reuse the originals. All the seals in the kit worked and fit great. I did not use the small o-ring that comes with it. I believe it is for the crank position sensor which I left in the timing cover. You will need oil resistant RTV for the junction points where these seals meet the cylinder heads and oil pan. Just how the seals and engine were designed the rtv fills the very very small gap left in these seams.

I would order again. This is an important part that should have no leaks. I'm happy with the product and zero leaks so far.

The seal and both sides fit like a glove, but the top one was about 3" short on each end. They must of put wrong one in package at the factory.

Everything you need, plus it has the solenoid gaskets that I needed too, crank seal is double lipped and installed perfectly. It's Fel-Pro, quality gaskets and great price.

Just as good as the Ford 5timing set gaskets and quality built, my mechanic guy was pleased I chose these rather than some of the crap one that some people bring to his shop. My mechanic said next to OEM Fel-Pro's are his next choice to OEM gaskets. So far they have been in the truck 7 months and no issues at all

Great product make sure to seal your joint people blame oil leak on the seals but you must silicone the joints!
