This worked like it was supposed to - my problem with the product is that the cord motion created static on the line, so that my calls were laced with static noise. I have a VOIP connection, and that may have something to do with this issue. Great idea, but needs some work.

within 2 weeks there is static. I keep trying these hoping to get one that will work longer because the concept is great. I have purchased a total of about 25. But will probably not purchase any more.

Temporary fix -- Static started after 3 weeks!! I was very careful not to over-stretch my 25 ft. cord! After I removed the detangler, the static was gone. So it WAS the detangler! Geee. What a scam...charge people $5 a pop for a device that has the longevity of an ice cream cone on a hot day!!You are better off buying a dozen new cords. (so far the coiled cord which I also ordered, is holding up...knock on wood.)I will write ECore Cables for a refund on the detangler -- I don't want a replacement!

after a few weeks the phone quality got choppy. I removed the detangler and the choppiness went away.

Worked well for 8 weeks - then static. Not repairable and not worth replacing with the same ones. I can see replacing after a year - could be worth it then.

One worked for only a couple of days

Worked great for about a month - now there is static. It DOES keep the cord from tangling. I would order more...but @$5 + $5 shipping!! They must be CRAZY! Worth about $2 + $0.99 shipping
