so there are a few things different about the item from the way it is displayed in the picture. i ordered the silver one and in most of the photos it shows the pillow being silver/grey too but it is black. and it also displays a little bump in the front for your computer to rest on but it does not have that. luckily i just ordered a rubberized matte case for my laptop so there is friction to hold my computer in place and that little "bump" is not needed really. other than that i really love the item. it is just the right size for my 13.3" macbook pro laptop, it is comfortable to use in many different positions, laying in bed, lounging on the couch ect. (i have been using it for 24hrs now) the color is nice and the material is nice, it does have a handle for carrying purposes. it is lightweight and the pillow part is not too big and pretty moldable (it will mold to the shape of your leg or whatever its resting on) its stable and all around a really great product for the price which is about half what you would pay anywhere else even with shipping. i think it will fit well in my backpack for travel purposes. so far it has been doing its job perfectly (prevent my computer from overheating by giving it a hard surface to rest on). it got here on time as well, i ordered it the night of december 2nd, it shipped the morning of december 3rd and UPS delivered it to my doorstep around noon on december 8th. so really only took 3 full business days to get to me. overall i am very satisfied and i know i will be using this product for a long time to come

I bought this to have something on which to place the book stand I bought at the same time, for reading in bed. It works very well for me. Not heavy enough to hurt my hands, and the pillow works well to allow the book stand to be properly situated. Didn't want a fancier lap desk, don't drink fluids IN bed, so this one is perfect for my needs.

my laptop is already really big its 17 inches and it fits nicely but doesn't have room for the mouse.the bean bags on the bottom are also a little way

I bought two to use in mu classroom at a high school. They fell apart before the first week was even over. The staples that held the cushion to the board fell out and posed a stabbing hazard to your fingers. Not recommended!!!! I really don't think my students did anything to the product, it's just not a quality purchase.

Great table for doing work on the couch

It's comfortable on the lap. It's not too bulky. My only complaint might be that the surface is too smooth. If it is at too steep of an angle, your laptop might slide. Not really an issue.

Keeps my laptop decently cool and allows excellent air circulation around my PC while it's on my lap. Highly recommend!

Very happy with this lap desk. Exactly as described. Perfect to use with laptop or paperwork.
