LONG DISTANCE! BEST AFFORDABLE EBAORD ON THE MARKET SO FAR!
I absolutely love it!! I take it to work or just cruise around my city. I would highly recommend getting this board. It's cheaper than a lot of other boards and performs just as well if not better. It performs better than the stats say.Powerful, FAST AND COOL!

Great board for big men!
I’ve ridden several electric boards and the Phoenix Ryder P6 has the best torque by far. I’m 6 foot, 260lbs, a big muscular man who loves to longboard and snowboard. I’ve always been hesitant with buying an electric board myself since those I have ridden previously just couldn’t handle my size and love of carving. Not so on this board, in performance mode, this thing nearly throws me upon acceleration. Even in economy mode, it still has the power. The deck isn’t flexible at all, but as a big man with big feet, that’s perfect here, yeah, I feel the road but its stability is great.But.....because I’m big, the range suffers, a lot. I get maybe 3 miles on performance, and maybe 5 in economy mode. I use it to commute from my parking space to work, about a flat mile. I have to charge every other day. The board is heavy, which isn’t really a negative but it’s awkward so the lack of a handle is.Suggestions for improvement:Perhaps a top plug for a second battery to extend range, the battery could clip on the nose or tail? Or a hot swappable battery so I can carry a second one in a backpack.Make the board about 2 inches wider and provide cutout handles on both sides.Add carbon fiber nose and tail protectors to protect the deck.

Great! When it actually works...
The media could not be loaded. Very fast, very sturdy and overall very imprrssive! (When it actually works) Well... this board Lost power again, while riding. The power just cut out like a wire or something came loose while rolling down my street. I went straight home and tried to turn it on while plugged in to the charger and still no power. It will not turn on at all.At this point i think you guys have had possession of it longer than i have since i bought it. I think UPS has had more time with it than me. This is getting very frustrating. This is the third time this has happened. In the first 90 days i was able to use it for a total of 2 hours due to malfunctions and i was denied the opportunity to return it because it was passed the 30 day mark! It took 3 weeks to recieve it from the day i ordered it just for it quit working after 2 hours, then it took about a month to get it back from the Phoenix ryders repair shop, then i used it 3 or 4 times before it broke again! After waiting another month to have it repaired and returned my 5th time taking it out around the neighborhood it completely lost power and will not turn on even while plugged in to the charger. As patient as i have been, as much as i have paid for this and as little use as i have gotten from your product... a return/refund would seem to be the only reasonable way to make this right! Very fast, very sturdy, and overall impressive! (when it actually works)

Definitely the best board anywhere in this price range.
I've now owned this board for about a year. After maybe about 200 miles put on the board, I am impressed! I weigh 185 and I can push this board up to 24 mph pretty consistently. After getting comfortable at that speed I started looking to see if I could find another board that could go faster. The answer is, if you want a faster board than this one, prepare to spend about double the money. This is absolutely the fastest board I can find on the market anywhere in its price range. I usually dont get 18 miles of range, but I am usually going as fast as possible over various slopes and road surfaces. I can comfortably get 12 miles out of this bad boy while really pushing it to its limits, and that is more than adequate. Although I'm not usually just cruising, I imagine that at the right speed with smooth street conditions you could get about 18 miles out of it. A weird secret positive of this board, regenerative braking. I've not seen it listed or advertised well but I always suspected it must have this feature because similar boards with similar set ups have regenerative braking. Well after sever trials down a very very long, very steep hill, I can confirm you to regain some power while braking. Nothing significant, and it wont even add much to your ride distance, but it is nice to know you arent entirely wasting your momentum when you have to cruise slowly down a big hill.Because if the battery compartment and all of that extra stuff a normal board doesnt have, it isn't flexible like a traditional longboard is. It does have a little give, just not near as much as you might be used to. However the ride is still comfortable once you get used to it. The big 90mm wheels are awesome for most road surfaces. Compared to a traditional longboard which typically have wheels at about 70mm, you can feel the difference over bumps and such. I've hit one inch rocks at 25+ mph without much happening at all. Cracks in pavement, gaps in sidewalks, small rocks, none of these do much to slow me down. I'll admit the big sidewalk gaps can be annoying but not because they are uncomfortable, just the constant thump-thumping gets old quick. Any board without 6 inch wheels will probably feel the same. And after at least 200 miles all the wheels are in good shape. I have a little ware on the wheels with the hub motors, but nothing significant and I expect to get hundreds of more miles at this rate. The hub motors are very visually discrete and nearly silent. The grip tape has help up well and would be easy to redo if it fails.I only have a few very minor criticisms, the most minor of which is that my taillights don't turn on anymore. This is fine, I dont ever want to use them anyway. The biggest downside I've experienced with this board is that at top speed, specifically going up hills, you can feel the power surge/pulse at the wheels as you terrain changes. For example if I'm going up a smooth asphalt hill and hit a rough patch, I can feel the board lurch coming in and out of the rough patch. It makes sense to me why this happens and isn't a super big deal, but definitely can throw your balance off if you are not prepared. Other than that, this board runs fantastic and I feel like I've gotten my money's worth by a long shot. If you are looking for a good electric skateboard and dont want to spend over 1200 dollars, I 100% recommend this one.
