I gave it 5 stars because, even though I had to assemble it myself, it turned out really nice. I was definitely annoyed when I realized it didn’t come assembled. Worth the DIY!

Cute! Be prepared to put it together. Definitely not ‘day of party’. Put this together days before. It’s literally tissue paper so be gentle. But it was exactly what I was expecting and it looks cute and I was able to arrange it however I wanted

The tassels are super cute! The only thing is the package comes with way too much color papers and not enough shiny papers. You have to assemble it yourself, but that’s typical for these types of tassel banners. I had to look at the picture for reference when putting it together because it didn’t come with color order instructions. Looks pretty good (even though I ran out of shiny tassels), but could be better!

The media could not be loaded. I used on balloon columns. Perfect! Good value for the money. The quality was on point, it’s paper-like material but it’s streamers - it’s expected. They look good right out the bag. Putting them on the balloon column was easy.

Once assembled they look good but wow so much work for something you could easily buy premade!

They were a lot to put together, very easy to tear and get stuck on the tape from the packaging they were in.Also, once put together, you had to be careful not to tangle them We were transporting them to another location and it was a pain.They did however, look wonderful and really softened up the outdoor party

These turned out great! I made them to string on my car for a drive-by baby shower, and I love how they turned out! The colors are beautiful and they're easy enough to assemble, but they DO take a little bit of time to complete. It comes with the individual sheets of tissue, and it's up to you to twist them up, fluff, and then tie to a string. In order to make each tassel look more "full", I used two sheets of tissue for each tassel. I ordered two sets and ended up with 16 full, beautiful tassels. Would definitely repurchase if I need them in the future!

This is not a package of tassels. This is a package of flat, fringed, tissue paper for the customer to assemble into tassels, then string on a line. Line NOT provided. I'm not trying to buy an arts and crafts project. I'm trying to buy a decoration. The description does not say DIY. I'm so disappointed and very irritated.Update: it took an HOUR to assemble 21 tassels, I left 6 unmade. But I ran out of patience. There are 6 of each tissue color, 5 of the foil color.
