The hair I received was true to length. Remember this is curly hair when washed it stretches out to the inches that I ordered. 1 pack was enough for me because I just wanted to add volume to my hair. The hair received is thick and full. I do have really coily 4c hair I had to a twist-out on the clip-in to mimic and match my curl pattern. Play around with the texture.

Hair came and it was very soft, I should have gotten 10 inch and not 12 but it is soft no smell and I washed it before install. I gave it 3 stars because 2 of the piece came of the track as soon as I took off the plastic bands. Very disappointed in with that part.Seller contacted me quickly to replace my damaged clips. So I am giving them 5 stars for customer service.

The hair is soft, I like to use them as a protective style in a high bun.

Do not trust this company. When I originally bought this piece a different model picture was used. Now it is a pic of the Sensational Game Changer lace front wig. Be aware you can purchase this but you will get something different from the pic.

Very quick shipping. The hair was nice. Easy to derange and wear with a few sprits water and conditioner. It lasted me several weeks.

I like this product. Washed it before using and does the trick. The clip ins are so easy and versatile and only takes 5 minutes to put in. It also blends well with my natural hair. The only downside is that I needed to buy two boxes with 8 pieces each for my full head.

Received mine yesterday. Haven't tried on the hair yet but love the 4C/4B like texture and how soft it feels. I find that the 12' looks more like a 10' to me in the box (probably because of the shrinkage). So if you are a usual 12' girl like myself, I'd recommend you going a size up.
