This cocoa is nondairy, no additives, and rich in flavor.

I use one tablespoonful of cocoa for each portion of our morning oatmeal. It is delicious and healthy. I also use one teaspoonful of cinnamon and one teaspoonful of chia seeds and a quater cup of orgainc raisins per person in that recipe. I make up eight servings of steel cut oats at a ctime and store each serving in a little glass container in the refrigerator, then heat them as needed. This cocoa is organic and we hve enjoyed it for several months.

Excellent cocoa and customer service. I contacted Rapunzel because I was concerned with the unsafe levels of heavy metals being found in other cocoas. Rapunzel sent me a detailed response as to how they test their cocoa and that it should be safe. This is a big consideration for anyone using cocoa regularly.

More expensive per ounce, but well worth it. I use this cocoa powder for mocha.

The most delicious cocoa powder I have been able to find. I make my own chocolate with this and it turns out nothing short of finger-lickin' good! Bye bye Hershey's - I'm making my own choc. Also great for cake! You can literally taste the organic in this. So many layers of flavor! - just amazing.

Non alkaline cocoa is the best. This is organic too. Hurray Amazon!

It's the only cocoa powder I use. Great in shakes, coffee and baking.
