Taking this dropped my LDL by 51 points allowing me to avoid a prescription for Lipitor.

I go to Mayo Clinic for physicals and discovered I had some higher cholesterol. Rather than take a prescription drug I used this product. The result was lower cholesterol by 30 points and no other co-factors to reduce it. So I am sure they work. My internist at Mayo agreed that I should continue to take them.

This company should put big warning sign on this product.I received it yesterday and took recommended dose. In a few hours I gotvery strong pain on my wrist and finger joins also muscle ache all over that kept me sleepless all night.I looked on internet for a side effect on Red Yeast Rice and find out that it is one of many side effects of Red Yeast Rice.This product probably superior product with high absorption but side effects are powerful too. It needs to be presented as astatin drug with all good and bad effects of it. Please don't look on it as on harmless supplement. Do your search first.BTW this company doesn't accepting returns.

I’m just starting with 1 capsule at night along with COQ10. So far so good. I will monitor my cholesterol levels and increase to 2 capsules if neededUpdate. I’ve been taking this for about a year and I’ve become very bloated and dizzy. Both are side effects. I’m stopping them to see if this clears up.
