Extending the time your filler stays on.
This product is terrific! It helps the dermaflage filler stay on for days at a time. The way I use it is apply on dry clean skin. I have an indented scar on my nose from a basal cell carcinoma. After it drys, I use my filler. When that is almost dry, I go over the area again. With the primer. I have had it last for four or more days.

I've used the filler without the primer and with and get way better results with the primer
The primer really makes the Dermaflage filler stick. I've used the filler without the primer and with and get way better results with the primer. It is costly but well worth it. Others have posted to use alcohol and it works the same but it does not. I use alcohol to remove skin oils first let it dry completely then use the primer and it bonds the filler like glue and the filler will say on 48 hours easily.

Disappointing. Looked like cheap Halloween makeup.
Definitely disappointed in this product. I bought it for some minor facial scarring. The color matched my skin tone well. I used the included primer and texture pad. However, the final product looked like rubber plastered on my face. It reminded me of the Halloween stuff you buy at Walmart for makeup effects. This might work for someone who has perfectly smooth poreless skin. For me, it was very obvious the product was on my face as the texture was too different from the surrounding skin. I experimented with it for several days in a row. When I got to the end of the syringe, I gave up and decided I wasn’t going to spend the money on a new kit to keep trying (I was surprised at how little was actually in the container). Again, I could see this working for some people, perhaps. By that point, I’ll just go to the dermatologist and get another round of fillers. It would end up being cheaper and easier in the long run.

Discoloration of product
This product works well however it changes from clear to orange in time and leaves an orange color on my skin too. About 2/3 of the bottles end up being a waste which is $10 of the $15 I paid.

Works great
I use this daily on a recessed scar under Dermaflage filler. It works great - keeps the filler in place all day without any peeling around the edges.

Primer turns milky white
I initially wrote to the company asking my question regarding why this prime turns milky white after a short period of time. I did not receive a reply, so I am reaching out to this community to see if they know the answer. I have been using the scar filler for a few years now and I'm pleased with the product- However, I am not pleased with the primer and it's lack of longevity! While the primer does work initially over a short period of time it turns milky white and the residue leaves a white film on your skin. I have included some pictures as samples of what I am referring to. The first bottle (far left in photo) is unopened and unused. The second bottle has been opened and used for approximately 2 months at most and already turning white. The other 2 bottles are opened, used and stopped using because they turned so white, they became unusable. You can see the progression of clear to milky white in the images, It is being used on clean skin, kept in a low-light area and the cap is completely closed- please explain why they keep turning white after a short period? We are bummed about this, as it is getting ridiculous to keep having to replace half-used product. If anyone knows the answer, please reply. The product does not come in a box listing its ingredients, nor are they printed on the product, so its hard to know what is causing this. Thank you!
