This tastes just like the peppers from PERU! VERY spicy and such a delicious flavor. I made stuffed peppers using ground turkey with this spice - so YUMMY! Almost out of it, need to order again.

Hard-to-find Rocoto paste
The Rocoto pepper is very hard to find, but this Rocoto paste works perfectly for making Peruvian sauce. Warning: it is very hot!
