Waste of money
This printer arrived after paying $42 in import charges. The best part? It's used. Yellow from exposure to the sun, except for where there was a label on the front. Scratches all over it. USED. Despite being sold in the description as NEW.The second best part was the fact that the power cable doesn't even fit into the unit.Now I have to pay to return it, and try to get my money back for import taxes.Oh and on top of all that, you can't find this purchase in my regular "orders". I have to go to "transactions" and put in a return request there. What kind of garbage is this?

Works fine but not as nice as a Dymo 4xl
Ordered this to have a backup or replacement for my Dymo 4XL after reading good reviews from other Etsy sellers. The Dymo is MUCH nicer, prints faster, cleaner crisper text. Going to sell this one and get another Dymo 4XL.

USED AND WASN'T WORKING.
this product was USED and DOESN'T WORKING. regrets ordering this product at the very first place, wasted my time and prolong my time to order another brand and will be really careful who I will order from.

Couldn't get it to work
So old even the company didn't support the software for it anymore. I could not get the supplied software CD to run. Sent it back.
