I wouldn't say I was a balsamic vinegar expert by any means but I think this balsamic is THE best. It's lovely to put over salads, roasted vegetables, pears - you name it. It has a thick consistency and it sweet and tangy. Once you try it you'll never want another brand.

I was so excited to receive the juicer, but it was delayed in shipping. After receiving I washed everything & assembled as instructed. The juicer was a bit harder to line up and get it closed and ready to start juicing. Once I worked with it and after several passes I was able to get it to start. This juicer leaves too much juice in the fruits and veggies. The pulp is entirely too wet, and several pieces of fruit are missed in juice, making it necessary to do more than one pass. Therefore causing a lost in value, from food to time & electricity. It is not a good value. Only thing I did like it was a big mouth opening. I will be sending it back.

Best price I've found so far. Good quality balsamic. Just wish Amazon carried all the flavors that Sutter Buttes has available at the same price.

I use olive oil prodigiously anyway.. this is even better!
