I couldn’t be happier. I received 12 gorgeous snails. They’re all up and moving! The listing said that their shells had some defects, which they do. But, they’re gorgeous mature snails. The color variety is bonus.

I ordered 3 snails, I received 4 healthy and alive. They took some time to come out and start moving around. The seller was very helpful in the communications and very responsive! The snails colors were all different and all around the same size. I am very happy with the purchase and communication with the seller. Would buy again!

The media could not be loaded. Not all the snails arrived alive unfortunately (2 made the trip and are thriving). The seller responded promptly to address the issue and compensate (refund) for the Dead On Arrival (DOA). I love the 2, they are the clean up crew I needed for my 20 gallon community tank. They are pretty and lively, going around the tank constantly eating my wilted plants and organic matter. Highly recommend the seller and these awesome creatures. 4 stars only for the DOA.

It's said they were grade B. Their all healthy and got busy right away. Great packaging too.

4 of my snails died during shipping but one servied to turn out to be a screwy rabbit. up and down and side to side it goes so we named it sherlock homes he has a beta fish room mate not the provider fault. I worked late that day so some of the packaging evaporated on the porch but thank you for that one crazy snail

Wonderful sails healthy lively well package an great company

I got four instead of three (which is just as good because another 3-pack I ordered from a different company had a dead one). Two of them sprung right up and took well to a new tank, the other two took long enough I had to rescue them from my crew of assassin snails.Still, a relief to get food animals in good condition even though they're a "worse" grade than their normal stock.
