I purchased these for my upcoming wedding. I purchased this pair w/ 3 other pair. 3 of the 4 pair arrived together, today. I have small, narrow feet, size 6. Plus I fractured my ankle in 3 places 6 years ago, (13 screws & a plate which have been removed) and I have not wore heels since. When I first tried these shoes on, I thought they were too big. I didn't know how to put them on and I didn't want to ruin the bow. Untying the bow loosens the ribbon strap, so that you can put the shoes on. When you pull the ribbon, it tightens the shoe and the diamond strap. It's easy to tie the bow back.Initially, I thought the shoes were too big as well as the diamond strap around my ankles. I went to a shoe repair store and he placed an insert in the front of them and showed me how to tie the bow. That made the diamond strap fit my ankles perfectly! I was so happy. I thought I would have to order a five. These are true to size once you get a good insert. The insert made the shoe itself fit. An insert came with these, but it looked thin and I knew I needed a thick one.I found my wedding shoes! I am so happy! I needed them for my first fitting. A pair of plain white straps, an insert, and an insert for the back of the heels, which I will try, all came with the shoes! Perfect! At this time I don't think I need the heel insert, as the open toe part of the shoes feel perfect with the insert. My toes don't slide out or hang onto the floor either.So go for it! They are beautiful. Also, the 3 inch heels works great for those that have broken ankles in the past and haven't worn heels. It was prefect and not too tall. The shoe feels comfortable and I think I will be able to wear them for the ceremony and the reception.Urbanbarbie943

Came with all the parts ; gel inserts and shoe inserts. They seem comfy. They’re elegant and stylish! Can’t wait to wear them for my wedding day. The bows are so cute too. Love that they also came with white plain straps for another use

Love them!!!! They will be perfect for my wedding. Did have to get a smaller size. But easy return and rebought them. They came with strap replacement if you don’t want the sparkle and bow. Also came with inserts for the balls of your feet and grips for foot slipping up and down, as well as heel replacements.

The shoes came in, and I was so excited to get them until I seen that they had been used or worn. The shoes had toe marks in it as if someone had moisturize and tried them on or wore them so it was a little disappointing and because I did not have time to get new shoes being that they came in like a day before my wedding, I had to wear them, but all in all they did fit well, they were very comfortable, and they look great on. They also came with extra straps to switch out from a tie to a buckle. I stuck with the tie because they look really pretty on.

These shows are so pretty and comfortable. Really complimented by dress well.

These are exactly like the picture, even better in person actually! I usually wear a 7.5-8 and the 7.5 were slightly too big, but other than that they are perfect!!! Very comfortable as well.

Got these right on time to try on my wedding dress today!! They fit and to me are comfy. The only problem is gems are missing from the ankle part. For the price you pay I’d expect the gems to last through shipment lol. I’ll just go to the craft store to put some on I guess.

I cannot wait to wear these on my wedding day. These are amazing quality and I would say true to size. Even came with simple straps you can change out to, grips so your feet don’t slide forward. I was hesitant to purchase these but I am so glad I did. These will complete my timeless wedding look perfect with a hint of sparkle.

They are very cute. Bling detail is amazing and seems like really great quality. I’m a size 8. Ordered an 8 and I wish I would have sized up half a size to see if it fits better. Although i can wear them, I’m creating a fold on the sides as you can see, because they just don’t fit wide feet properly. I need them for my fitting next week but I will prob exchange them and hope they fit because they really are beautiful
