This is Only my 3rd Bulldog Razor in 10 years. I liked the first enough to to purchase extra blades; the 2nd was to have one for travel, and this 3rd one is for the 2nd bathroom.Longevity, Value, Well Weighted and Balanced.

Bought this for the handle. The sensitive blade that comes with is total trash. Burned me up first shave. Lucky I realized Amazon's 5 blade razors fit this handle. Saved the purchase from ending up in the landfill, yay.Those refills shave really nice and last a long time if you strop the razor between shaves. (Look it up).

I've tried all kinds of razors for various reasons including, Gillette, Dollar Shave Club, Harry's, and Defender, and this razor with the sensitive skin blade on it is the best shave I've ever gotten. It actually only takes a single pass for a perfect shave. I do not have a tough beard, nor does it grow fast, but it does get a bit wirey, especially the gray hairs. My wife has one just like it in green and she loves it to shave her legs.

I was looking for a basic shave kit for a father's day gift. My husband doesn't have a beard and most shave kits seemed to be geared towards men who do. I just needed something simple, affordable but hopefully delivered in terms of quality.I looked into some of the monthly box plans that you can sign up for but they were a bit pricey and I couldn't get anything delivered quickly. Plus I didn't want to commit to anything. I finally found this and decided to give it a chance. I purchased the razor and a refill kit.Let me say... This thing delivered! My husband was very pleased with his razor and the creams. He offered me one of his spare blades to try out and ladies... It was the smoothest shave I have ever had! It's amazing! I rarely write this much in a review of a product but I can't express how pleased I am with this razor.When I did price comparisons, this is just slightly more expensive than the cheap disposable razors. But totally worth the extra change. The handle is heavy enough and durable. The blades are easy to change out and seem to last.I will definitely be buying more!

Thanks to other reviewers I took a chance on this product. I used to use disposable Schick razors. As compared to those, this product is superior. I swear it's the smoothest shave that I've every experienced and I've used non-disposable razors before. (They've been discontinued.) If you care about nothing else check this out for this reason.The back story if you want to know: I've been wanting to switch to refillable razors, but everything seemed so expensive. After a lot of research, I feel like this product is a reasonable price and it's easy to find without joining some club (dollar shavers...). I don't like commitment. I love that it's a bamboo handle and plan to keep it dry so it doesn't get moldy. I really don't like contributing to the plastic problem. The more plastic we discard the more it ends up in our bodies down the line as it breaks down to micro-plastics and gets into our water supply. Alright! Sorry! TMI!

Do not buy this if you want a premium shave.First off. It’s half the price at Walmart then Amazon. Too bad I was too lazy to drive over.Secondly. The precision trimmer is the worst I’ve ever used. I’m physically unable to do anything with it because they put a stupid little cage over it. Why would you put a cage around a shaver?? Did anyone even test it?? Was it designed by someone bald who doesn’t use one?? However, it’s completed useless.Lastly. I’ve has it a couple weeks. Shave twice a week. Blade already filling from that. Poor quality.I do not recommend this to anyone. If I wasn’t so lazy I’d return it. Still might.

Doesn't come with the bonus 4 Original Steel Blade Cartidges.Otherwise, nice razor, works as advertised. Time will tell if it lasts longer than competing brands.

This is a review about the seller and not the Razor, I have one already and love it so brought another because the offer said bonus cartridges and it was a great price. Delivered today, low and behold...NO BONUS CARTRIDGES!! Shall be complaining to Amazon about this! False advertising at it's best!!

Love the look and feel of the handle - it has a nice premium feel to it, especially the stand. The shave is great. Best of all, im not throwing a mountain of packaging into landfill
