I personally love this stuff. It's the same price at Walmart. I'm wondering if these cheap stuff at Walmart is any good as it is half the price

This stuff is easier to manage than sprays ... no mess, easier on blood pressure, less persistent, subtler to use, no menthol. Works great for us. No nosebleeds, good short term decongestion.When used up, pull the nozzle out, discard the wick, and clean thoroughly. .. neat little container.

I ordered a five-pack of the Benzedrex inhalers for my sinuses ... an excellent product which offers immediate relief from congestion ... on Dec 23rd. What I actually received after Christmas was four packages of something called "BUTTPASTE" ... presumably for smearing on my buttocks ... instead of the inhalers! I was pretty angry; seemed to me to be a prank by their shipping department.After immediately filing for a return authorization and pointedly asking for an immediate replacement shipment of inhalers, I received a terse apology via Amazon's sterile EMail system which offered to send me a return shipping label for returning the BUTTPASTE to them FIRST (so they don't get cheated) after which they would finally get about the business of shipping me my replacement inhalers at their convenience.Then, to make matters even worse, they asked me to provide them with my EMail address FIRST (they could have just as easily provided me with THEIR EMail address for a quicker reply to move all of this along) via a TELEPHONE CALL to their office on MONDAY, NEW YEAR'S EVE! It's NOT EVEN A TOLL-FREE NUMBER! As if they're going to be in the office to take my call on NEW YEAR'S EVE! As this will, no doubt, become a severe dragging of the feet, I went ahead and just ordered a six-pack of Benzedrex inhalers from AMERICAN WHOLESALE. I can read the writing on the wall: Pharmapacks doesn't want to pay postage two more times for shipping back the BUTTPASTE and then shipping me my inhalers ... to atone for their screw-up ... and want to wear me down so that I go for the refund. Wish granted, Pharmapacks, fine purveyors of BUTTPASTE! Here's your one-star rating and negative customer service review ... free of charge and promptely delivered to thousands of potential Amazon customers! Please let me know if you need a replacement rating & review and I'll get right on it!

Works very well, clears sinuses, can make you a little shaky so use carefully if not use to it.
