Scalping prices for a great product no longer made
I loved this product and bought many, for different computers, but found the buttons went bad too fast -a poor choice in button subproduct. It is all moot as the product is no longer made.

The most awesome mouse device ever imo.
Fits in my hand like a glove, minimal movements to accomplish tasks. I bought it way back once to try and have since bought several more over the years. Back then they were about 20.00 each, and to several users I worked with they often commented how strange it seemed as it didn’t even look like a mouse. So many became believers in its efficient design and ergonomic excellence. And my wrist aches went away once I dumped those cheap mice-and-pad junk versions. 200.00 seems a bit overpriced but I may get one anyway once mine wears out. In a league of its own. Take care.

Don't buy from here
The trackball itself is fine, but the price they are trying to sell this for??? Criminal. I personally purchased mine from a thrift store, so the one I have has some use, but it works pretty well for my needs. Only thing that I wish this has was a scroll wheel of some kind. Really sucks that it doesn't have one.

As priced is totally ridiculous! Great product by pricing is so bad!
I have bought and used this product for years and will NEVER pay over $200.00 for something like this! Logitech should be ashamed!

Most ergonomic for 2 reasons
1. The shape means the palm of an average sized hand is rested on the mouse instead of wrist resting on something. I've noticed that wrist resting on desk or even a soft wrist rest causes a sore wrist and greatly limits my hours on the computer -- I imagine it pinches nerves and limits blood flow.2. Micro-movements contribute to tendonitis (look this up, it is well documented). Using this trackball involves larger muscle movements which help avoid tendonitis (not large movements, just larger than micro-movements). In my case, it's been 16 years since I've needed to see a doctor about tendonitis.Between my FT job, school, and other uses of the computer I am on the computer for most hours 5-7 days a week. The Logitech Marble Mouse is the only mouse I've found that doesn't limit me in my computer use. I even use 2 mice at my desks, one on left side and one on right, to limit over use of either hand.

Too Expensive - Crazy Price Increase
I have been buying this mouse for a very very long time. Like 2008 maybe? I don't even know how many I have purchased. I love this mouse but will have to find something else. Mine recently stopped working with the new MacBook Pro. I stopped connecting one day out of no where. Usually the mouse gets "slow" and that when you know it's going to die.For $200 you can get a drawing pad. I am honestly shocked that they would charge this price when so many of us have been buying it for almost 20 years.

That the item was brand new not a used item
I ordered this ergonomic mouse for my boss and when it arrived she told me today that it is a used item. We paid $199.00 for this, not a cheap product but she could tell because she uses these logitech products a lot that it was used, the trackball looked like it was just cleaned and readjusted. She is disappointed with the product but she needs it, can't be without the trackball mouse because she does huge volumes writing documents.
