Good shredder oil
Works great on the shredder. Keeps it moving & usable.

Easy to use
I have a paper shredder that is over 20 years old. It is used weekly and works flawlessly. The reason for that is because things were made better 20 years ago and I apply oil to the blades regularly. This product is very easy to use, has very low odor, and just plain works. You can either apply the oil directly to the blades or put it on a piece of paper then shred it. The oil helps the shredder run smoothly and significantly cuts down on paper jams.

Roofing nail was helpful in opening the sealed nozzle
Due to what I guess was a manufacturing defect, the nozzle was sealed shut, I had to (gently) tap a roofing nail into the top to open it up. This was after I had screwed off the top to remove the seal over the bottle. Otherwise, seems to mitigate shredder jamming.

Keeps shredder working like new
Works great at preventing shredder squeaks and keeping things nice and smooth.The spout could be better designed so there are no accidental drips but it's a minor issue. I use it after the basket gets full (after compressing).

Good product for the price
I used this on my Amazon Basics 8 sheet crosscut shedder. Easy to apply, not messy, and the bottle should last as not much is required.

A must have for home shredders.
Have used this with every shredder we’ve purchased to keep the shredder’s ‘teeth’ well oiled and running smoothly. I usually will apply a small line along the paper insertion site then run the shredder’s ‘forward’ and ‘reverse’ buttons a few times to distribute the oil on the metal shredding mechanism.
